We want everyone using GaragePort during the U.S. concierge beta to know exactly what to expect. Please read the points below before submitting a listing or request.

• GaragePort is currently operating as a concierge beta across the United States. Availability, response times, supported markets, and available listings may vary by location.

• GaragePort may not be available in every city, county, or state at all times, and all requests remain subject to manual review, local restrictions, and availability.

• GaragePort is a general storage marketplace. Spaces may be used to store vehicles, furniture, boxes, business inventory, tools, equipment, seasonal items, and other lawful items — subject to each listing's accepted categories.

• All listings and requests are manually reviewed by our team.

• Booking requests are not instant bookings. Nothing is reserved until our team confirms it with the host.

• Pricing, availability, and suitability for your specific items or vehicle must be confirmed manually before any arrangement is final.

• GaragePort does not currently claim active insurance coverage. Protection options are being evaluated for the beta.

• GaragePort does not guarantee smart access, 24/7 access, security, protection, climate control, identity verification, background checks, or suitability of any specific space.

• Users should not store prohibited, hazardous, illegal, stolen, explosive, flammable, toxic, perishable, living, or unsafe items.
