Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms
By using GaragePort, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Concierge beta status
GaragePort is currently operating as a concierge beta across the United States. The service is manually operated and is provided on an "as is" basis while we validate the model with real users. GaragePort may not be available in every city, county, or state at all times, and all requests remain subject to manual review, local restrictions, and availability.
No guaranteed availability
Listings shown on GaragePort do not guarantee real-time availability. Spaces may already be reserved offline or unavailable for your dates.
No confirmed booking until manual confirmation
Submitting a host space, renter request, or booking request does not create a confirmed transaction, reservation, rental agreement, insurance coverage, or guarantee of availability. A booking is only confirmed after our team coordinates and confirms it manually with both parties.
Host responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (dimensions, access, condition, photos), for keeping their space safe and lawful to use as described, and for honoring any access arrangements coordinated through GaragePort.
Renter responsibilities
Renters are responsible for providing accurate information about the items they intend to store (vehicles, furniture, boxes, business inventory, equipment, or other items) and their needs, respecting host rules and access windows, and using stored items legally and safely.
Prohibited use
Do not use GaragePort to store prohibited, hazardous, illegal, stolen, explosive, flammable, toxic, perishable, living, or otherwise unsafe items, or for any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. Do not misrepresent your identity, the items you intend to store, or your vehicle.
Accuracy of submitted information
You agree that all information submitted is accurate and current. We may decline, pause, or remove listings or requests that appear inaccurate, misleading, or unsafe.
Limitation of liability
GaragePort acts as a coordinator during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaragePort is not liable for damages arising from arrangements between hosts and renters, condition or suitability of any space or stored items, loss or damage to property, or unavailability of the service. GaragePort does not guarantee insurance, security, smart access, identity verification, background checks, climate control, or nationwide coverage.
